For most businesses we can usually give you a quote over the phone. Alternatively, you can fill out a contact form with your details and we’ll call you back at a time to suit you with a quote.

We can provide immediate cover while you’re on the phone. 

We don’t need to visit your premises prior to you taking out your policy, and if we want to carry out a survey this will be made clear to you. 

Your policy documents will be sent out as soon as you have taken out your cover. You’ll normally receive them within 5 working days. 

Not necessarily. Each case is treated on its own merits.

Our quotes are valid for 30 days.

Because we aim to despatch policy documents as quickly as possible, there is no need to issue a cover note.

We will start the renewal process well before the due date. 

Normally within 14 days prior to your renewal is due. 

Yes. This will depend on how long your policy has been in force with us. However, cancellation charges will apply.
