It is important to always act as if uninsured and take the necessary precautions to minimize the loss. However, if you have a claim the following are some simple guides to follow.        

• If you suffer or sustain any loss or damage which may give rise to a claim please notify us or your intermediary immediately.

• A claim form is to be completed. This may be even downloaded from our website. 
• If you cannot reach us whilst our offices are closed and repairs have to be done immediately, please keep the damaged items.
• Tell the police about all incidents related to accidental loss, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or vandalism. 
• In case of damages resulting from negligence from Third Parties, please provide us with their details.
