We don't need to visit your premises prior to you taking out your policy, and if we want to carry out a survey this will be made clear to you.
How soon will I get my policy documents?
Your policy documents will be sent out as soon as you have taken out your cover. You'll normally receive them within 5 working days.
Will my premium go up if I make a claim?
Not necessarily. Each case is treated on its own merits.
How long is my quote valid for?
Our quotes are usually valid for 30 days.

Immediately in most circumstances, just call us.
Will I get a cover note?
Because we aim to despatch policy documents as quickly as possible, there is no need to issue a cover note

How do I renew my policy?
We will start the renewal process well before the due date.

Normally within 14 days prior to your renewal is due.
Will I get a refund if I have to cancel my policy before next renewal?
Yes. This will depend on how long your policy has been in force with us. However, cancellation charges will apply.
