Information Security Officer

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Information Security Officer (ISO) who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s information security policies, procedures, and initiatives. The ISO will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data, systems, and networks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company information systems.
- Monitor and analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents, responding promptly to mitigate risks.
- Lead security awareness training and programs for employees to promote best cybersecurity practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, industry frameworks, and legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, DORA).
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Develop and oversee incident response plans and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into system architecture and development processes.
- Manage security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Investigate security breaches, conduct forensic analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide reports on security posture, incidents, and compliance status to senior management.
- Stay current on emerging security trends, threats, and best practices to enhance the organization’s security framework.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in information security or cybersecurity roles.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Experience with security tools, SIEM solutions, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle security incidents effectively.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with data encryption, identity & access management and zero-trust architecture.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and SOC operations.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional remote work flexibility.
- May require on-call availability for security incidents and emergencies.

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Commercial Lines Underwriter to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and supporting businesses in commercial lines insurance via a diversified distribution network. This role requires a good understanding of commercial underwriting and the ability to collaborate with the team towards achieving business objectives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technical support: Provide guidance and support to customers, intermediaries and colleagues as necessary
- Policy Review: Evaluate and approve commercial insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Risk Assessment: Assess risks associated with various commercial insurance products, considering industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other internal underwriting teams, ensuring effective communication and resolving queries to enhance partnerships.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Professional certifications in insurance equivalent to (or higher than) Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) is the preferred requisite.
