Elmo Insurance Ltd together with P5+ Limited recently held a skill based development programme that seeks to improve the management skills of managers and supervisors.

The programme consisted of eight 3 hour development sessions which tackled effective delegation, team motivation and interpersonal communications amongst other topics. At the end participants were given the opportunity to share what was learnt and encouraged to develop a personal action plan.
