Elmo Insurance has made a donation to the Salesian Theatre, to support them in their efforts towards acquiring the Boston piano that was owned by the late Cynthia Turner, one of Malta’s most celebrated and accomplished musicians who performed for Queen Elizabeth in 1967.

The Sliema based Salesian Theatre, which boasts over a century worth of history, plays a significant role in our local Arts community and serves as a platform for many aspiring and established artists. This initiative is one way in which Elmo is able to give back to the community and the Arts in particular. It is our responsibility to respect the legacy of Malta’s cultural history and it would be fitting that Cynthia’s instrument should find its new home on the ‘Teatru Salesjan’ stage for the next generation to enjoy and appreciate.
