• A claim form must be completed
• If you cannot reach us whilst our offices are closed and repairs have to be done immediately, please keep the damaged items
• Tell the police about all incidents related to accidental loss, theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or vandalism
• In case of damage resulting from the negligence of third parties, please provide us with their details
